For our experienced 6-member team in the modern workshop, we are looking, due to the professional reorientation of our valued colleague, for a team-oriented and flexible personality with high quality standards as Polymechanic - "Single Parts and Small Series" (m/f/d) 100 % Your typical day ## • Sensor adjustment: You adjust partially assembled sensors according to specifications and perform follow-up processing. CNC machine, setup documents, quality control, and process monitoring are part of your responsibility • Cleanroom facility in your hands: You are independently responsible for the cleanroom facility and continuously develop the associated processes • Programming and setup: You perform this from scratch yourself by setting up the CNC machines, programming via ISO code, and producing first pieces, which you check critically • From raw part to precision part: You manufacture single parts and small series on CNC and conventional machines and ensure through careful inspection that every part meets the specifications • Shopfloor: Every morning, the entire team exchanges information about current orders, deadlines, capacity utilization, milestones, and personal concerns • Fixture construction: You manufacture precise fixtures and aids yourself according to sketches and drawings • Securing process quality: You create and maintain all manufacturing documents and keep the ongoing quality stable through targeted dimensional corrections • Keeping technology running: You perform simple maintenance and servicing work directly on the facility so that production does not stand still Your profile ## • Your foundation: Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent training with a focus on turning/milling - ideally with experience in the watch, med-tech, or décolletage industry • Your experience: At least 2 years in CNC machining, confident in ISO code programming • At the machine: Routine on turning and milling machines; CAM know-how is a clear plus • Tact: Flair for tiny parts and practiced use of the microscope • Your way of working: Independent, organized, and performance-oriented - even under pressure you remain focused and maintain an eye for detail • Digital affinity: Familiar with ERP (e.g., SAP), MS-Office • Language competence: You communicate confidently and fluently in German Apply now!
