Wanted – Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent management and organization of construction projects in structural engineering and civil engineering
• Planning, coordination and supervision of all construction processes
• Responsibility for the timely, economical and qualitatively flawless execution of the construction work
• Leadership and coordination of foremen, workers and construction site personnel
• Creation and supervision of schedule and deployment plans
• Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and other project participants
• Monitoring of costs, budgets and economic efficiency of the construction projects
• Creation of offers, calculations and invoices
• Organization and procurement of building materials, machines and equipment
• Conducting regular construction site inspections and construction meetings
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Creation of measurements, reports and performance records
• Contact person for clients, architects, engineers and authorities
• Independent support of the construction projects from preparation to acceptance

Your profile:

• Completed training as a construction manager or comparable construction-related further education is an advantage
• Completed basic training in the main construction industry is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management or site management
• Sound knowledge in structural engineering and/or civil engineering
• Experience in the independent management and organization of construction sites
• Good knowledge of construction planning, calculation and cost control
• Experience in dealing with construction plans, bills of quantities and construction billing
• Confident handling of MS Office and common construction software
• Organizational strength and pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• Leadership competence and assertiveness
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• German language skills required for communication with project participants
• Driver's license category B is an advantage
• Own car not required
• High sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Resilient, reliable and team-oriented personality
