What we are looking for: • A CFC d-ASSC or equivalent title; • Experience in the field of home care and assistance would be an asset; • The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously; • Knowledge of the canton's healthcare, social and associative network; • Reflectiveness and adaptability; • Mastery of usual computer tools; • Mobile person.
