The Netzwerk Schoenfels offers a comprehensive range of services for children, adolescents, and young adults of all genders aged 6 to 22 from all over Switzerland who require special support temporarily or long-term. This includes three residential groups, two school offerings, and supervised living forms for young adults at the Interlaken/Unterseen location, as well as a network of partner families in Switzerland and France. To complement the team in the Casa residential group, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a: Social Pedagogue or Child Care Specialist with option to be Deputy Residential Group Leader Casa 80 - 100% ## The Casa residential group has 10 residential places for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 16. Our requirements for you: ### • Completed training as a Social Pedagogue or Child Care Specialist • High level of empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility • Team spirit as well as open, clear, and appreciative communication • Creativity and genuine joy in pedagogical work with children • A stable, resilient personality who remains calm and professional even in challenging situations • Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours Your tasks: ### • Care and pedagogical promotion of adolescents aged 13 to 16 • Reference person work: responsible for the needs-based and individual care process, works interprofessionally and assumes professional responsibility • Systemic work with relatives, authorities, legal guardians, specialist agencies, etc. • Planning, organization, and implementation of activities, projects, and group events • Individual accompaniment and support of the children in their personal and social development • Documentation of development processes and relevant observations • Concept work and participation in working groups • Participation in team meetings, intervision, and supervision • If interested, taking over PA work • Departmental tasks, such as managing the residential group cash desk, organization and documentation of medication, winter sports/snowboarding • Specific task and responsibility assumption as Deputy Residential Group Leader We offer you: ### • Collaboration in a committed, collegial, and supportive team • A varied and meaningful activity with scope for design • Attractive social benefits • Allowances for night, evening, weekend, and holiday work • Internal training opportunities and professional development possibilities • Block working hours - no split shifts • At least 5 weeks of vacation with a 42-hour week • An attractive workplace in Interlaken, very easily accessible by public transport Do you feel addressed?
