Facility Management Employee 60 – 100%

Your tasks:

• You plan, coordinate and carry out maintenance work in the HVACSE areas heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical – including special systems such as water treatment
• You process and resolve malfunction reports independently and are co-responsible for the smooth operation of all technical systems
• You operate safety-relevant systems and actively participate in daily business
• You document all activities reliably in the maintenance tool (COR)
• You accompany and coordinate external companies and support technical projects – depending on needs, also in a leading role
• You actively help with environmental care and firewood preparation
• Carrying out internal moves, transports and disposal work
• You perform on-call duty and/or winter service on a rotational basis

Our requirements:

• Basic manual training with EFZ (preferably Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ)
• PC affinity, MS-Office as well as maintenance programs and digitalization
• strong service awareness, independence and high commitment
