In the middle of the Zürcher Oberland, we are here with our boarding school and special school for children and adolescents whose path into adult life is a bit rockier than for others. • Together in a team, help shape the living and developmental space of 7-8 kids between 5 and 16 years old in a residential group.
• Work closely with experienced, collegial specialists.
• Help shape the everyday life and free time of children and adolescents in an important phase of life, promote them, and encourage them.

• Enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents and the desire to actively accompany and promote their development.
• Joy in interdisciplinary exchange and the willingness to contribute actively to a collegial and well-coordinated team.
• The ambition not to swim at the edge of the pool and to learn a lot quickly.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and assignments on weekends.
• A strong character and a large portion of balance.
