August 2026 or by arrangement a RAI HC Responsible & Vocational Trainer 80 - 100% Your tasks You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily You advise and accompany our residents and their relatives You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC You create nursing documentation and the individual care planning You maintain the electronic nursing documentation independently and completely As a vocational trainer, you joyfully take on responsibility for our apprentices What you bring with you Training as a Dipl.
