For a demanding production company in Birr, we are looking for a reliable specialist for the four-shift system, starting immediately. TASKS ## • Setting up and operating an EDM production cell with four Exeron EDM machines and one Global S measuring machine • Processing hot gas turbine blades • Storing, removing, setting up, and pre-setting consumables • Monitoring systems and rectifying technical malfunctions • Cooperation with maintenance and equipment suppliers • Carrying out maintenance work on systems and peripheral devices • Performing quality controls using measurement data analysis and visual inspection • Recording quality tests and results in SAP • Documenting production KPIs for OEE evaluation in Excel • Supporting process improvements and system optimizations • Deburring components according to the required specifications REQUIREMENTS ## • Completed technical vocational training or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing • Experience in reading technical drawings and manufacturing documents • Good PC skills • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Readiness for work in a four-shift system • Independent, exact, and quality-conscious way of working • Teamwork skills, discipline, and flexibility • High motivation and quick comprehension WE OFFER ## • Workload of 100 percent • Start of position immediately • Place of work Birr • Technically demanding activity in a modern production environment • Personal support during the entire assignment Interested?
