Job Description ## As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the preparation, organization, and complete monitoring of your renovation and transformation sites, from the preparation phase to their final completion. • Prepare sites on technical, organizational, and financial levels. • Analyze plans, execution files, and specificities related to existing buildings. • Plan the different stages of the work, notably the needs for personnel, material, and equipment. • Organize the daily progress of the sites and ensure their operational execution. • Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and the different trades. • Ensure the ordering, supply, and availability of the necessary materials. • Anticipate any possible constraints related to the occupation, operation, or structure of existing buildings. • Implement and monitor procedures related to quality, safety, and the environment. • Monitor the progress of the work as well as compliance with deadlines, costs, and technical requirements. • Ensure the financial monitoring of the sites. • Prepare offers, supplementary offers, and measurements of the work performed. • Participate in billing and the control of services executed. • Participate in site meetings and ensure the follow-up of decisions made. • Maintain a high-quality professional relationship with clients, works management, representatives, and project partners. Profile Sought ## • You hold a recognized training as a site manager. • You have at least five years of confirmed experience in site management in Switzerland. • You have concrete experience in the field of renovation and transformation. • You master standard IT tools as well as the software BauBit. • You are comfortable with the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of sites. • You are a proactive, autonomous, organized person with a good sense of responsibility. • You enjoy teamwork and know how to communicate effectively with the different stakeholders on a site. • You are able to manage several priorities in a demanding and constantly evolving environment. \#LI-SP1
