Estimator Tunnel Construction

You will undertake the calculation of complex projects in underground construction and support the acquisition team in the preparation of offers.

Tasks

• Calculation of complex projects in the field of underground construction in an offer team
• Development of the calculation bases including execution variants and project optimizations
• Construction sequence and schedule planning
• Supplier and subcontractor inquiries
• Creation of cost estimates and quotations
• Support in contract award negotiations
• Price calculations for supplementary offers for construction sites in execution

Profile

• Degree as a Bauingenieur FH or comparable training
• Knowledge in the field of underground construction
• Routine application of MS Office
• Experience with BAUBIT or comparable calculation software is an advantage
• Experience with scheduling using TILOS is an advantage
• Good German language skills required
• Teamwork skills as well as analytical and networked thinking
