We are looking for you: Clerk Person Insurance (m/f/d) 80–100% On behalf of our client – a leading Swiss insurance company in the Zurich area – we are looking for a customer-oriented and expert personality for the support of the Person Insurance area. Your main tasks • Independent processing of benefit cases in the areas of KVG, VVG and UVG (daily allowance and healing costs) • Checking coverage questions as well as requesting and analyzing medical documents • Written and telephone exchange with insured persons, brokers, employers and doctors • Recording and mutating customer and benefit data in the contract system • Supporting the team in continuous process optimization Qualifications What you bring with you • Commercial basic training, preferably in the insurance industry • Sound professional experience in the administration of person insurance (UVG/KTG/KVG) • Further training in the insurance sector or social insurance area is an advantage • Confident German in speaking and writing; other foreign languages (FR/IT) are a plus • High empathy, networked thinking and an exact, independent way of working What awaits you • Versatile and independent function in a stable market environment • Attractive employment conditions and state-of-the-art workplace infrastructure • Flexible working hours as well as the option for mobile working (home office) • Targeted promotion of your professional and personal development Interested?
