RHYBOOT with various locations in the St. Galler Rheintal offers living and working spaces to around 300 adults with different impairments. The range includes residential, employment, work, integration, and training places.

Deputy Team Lead Living 100%

starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Shared responsibility for the optimal accompaniment, care, and support of people with impairments and sometimes challenging behaviors
• Promotion of a high quality of life and individual development of the persons being cared for
• Taking on key person work
• Participation as the deputy of the team lead and support with leadership tasks
• Active participation in team and group development
• Close cooperation within the team
• Accompaniment and promotion of apprentices as a mentor
• Contributing professional and life experience to the needs-based care and accompaniment of the clients

Your profile

• Training as a Specialist in Care (FaBe) EFZ or Specialist in Healthcare (FaGe) EFZ
• Practical experience in working with people with impairments and in nursing - mandatory
• Readiness to perform on-call, weekend, and short-term assignments
• Flexibility regarding deployment planning as well as the readiness to work in two teams
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented basic attitude
• Assertiveness and good time management
• Ability for independent thinking and goal-oriented action
• Empathy, patience, and resilience
• Driver's license category B
• Good IT user knowledge
