NOTZgroup is an international-oriented SME conglomerate with several subsidiaries and specializing in the machining, trading, and refining of stainless steel and non-ferrous alloys.
Our Jacques Allemann unit specializes in the manufacture of high-precision fine wires, pins, axles, bars, micro-flat wires, and profiles in more than 250 standard and special materials. We produce for the most diverse industrial fields – from the watchmaking industry to medical technology, including automotive and aeronautics.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person to develop and grow our new Precision Tubes activity, in Brügg (Bienne),
Business Line Manager Precision Tubes
Your tasks:
Build and develop the Precision Tubes activity and identify new markets, customers, and applications
Develop in particular the medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and high-tech markets
Identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions in collaboration with our technical teams
Ensure the technical and commercial follow-up of projects, from the initial request to completion
Develop, optimize, and secure the international supply chain
Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers and partners
Analyze markets, trends, and competition in order to identify new growth opportunities
Develop new application areas and establish lasting business relationships
Assume responsibility for turnover, profitability, quality, and delivery performance of the activity
Your profile:
Technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by training in Business Development, Supply Chain, sales, or business management
Proven experience in Business Development, technical sales and//or Supply Chain Management, ideally in the metallurgical industry, precision products, or a similar industrial environment
Good technical knowledge of tubes, wires, special alloys, or precision metal products
Understanding of industrial processes and ability to communicate with technical and commercial interlocutors Strong customer and results orientation, with a true entrepreneurial spirit
Autonomy, capacity for initiative, and ability to build an activity from scratch
Proficiency in German and English; French is an advantage
Availability for travel in Switzerland and internationally
