Plasterer Project Manager 100 % (m/f/d) To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and responsible personality as a Plasterer Project Manager. In this role, you will accompany our construction projects from planning to successful completion and take on a central role in organization, coordination, and implementation. Your responsibility: In this position, you bear the overall responsibility for your projects and act largely independently: Holistic planning, leadership, and control of plastering and dry construction projects from order placement to billing Work preparation (AVOR), schedule and resource planning Leadership and coordination of construction sites (personnel, costs, quality, deadlines, safety) Ongoing construction controls as well as coordination of all involved trades Interface between management, construction management, architects, clients, contractors, and authorities Independent material planning and orders via defined suppliers as well as organization of skips and disposal Control and approval of daily and hourly reports, supplementary management, and budget monitoring Management of project documentation (construction journal, protocols, defect management, acceptances) Ensuring occupational safety on the construction site (PPE, safety regulations, reporting of incidents) Proactive planning of all construction phases – from preparation through construction execution to final documentation We expect a high degree of personal responsibility, independent decision-making, and a structured way of working. Your profile: Completed vocational training as a plasterer Several years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership function Sound knowledge of dry construction, plastering work, facade work, as well as interior and exterior insulation Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong organizational and communication skills Confident handling of IT systems, ideally experience with SORBA (advantageous, not mandatory) Good German skills in speaking and writing Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented way of working Driver's license category B mandatory Our offer: Responsible, versatile, and future-oriented activity in a dynamic, growing environment.
