Head of Labor Market Measure (AMM) EAR 80 %
for our location in Ostermundigen, starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Diaconis operates the three business areas Living and Care in old age, Palliative Care, and vocational integration. Our team includes around 250 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen, and Biel.
On behalf of the Canton of Bern, the vocational integration department of Diaconis offers various labor market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job seekers. One of these is the EAR measure (Ermittlung arbeitsmarktrelevanter Ressourcen), an assessment of status and potential for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at persons with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need for assessment regarding labor market-relevant competencies and the integration potential for the labor market should be evaluated. The results form an important basis for further professional integration. The referring agency is the regional employment center (RAV).
Your tasks with us
You lead the Labor Market Measure EAR professionally and operationally
You ensure the successful implementation of the service mandate as well as the cantonal specifications
You support and develop the specialists in their professional activity
You ensure high quality in case management, documentation, and reporting
You are responsible for quality management and continuously develop existing processes and standards
You create reportings and performance records for the client
You plan and accompany quality audits as well as evaluations
You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of concepts and offerings
What you bring with you
Master's degree in psychology (Tertiary A level)
At least three years of professional experience in the field of vocational integration after completing the Master's studies
Very good German or French skills in speaking and writing (knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage)
Very good written expression skills and proficiency in handling digital tools
Several years of experience in conducting interviews, case management, diagnostics, and reporting
At least three years of proven leadership experience
High degree of personal responsibility as well as strong organizational and conceptual skills
Strong quality awareness as well as experience in quality management and quality assurance
High social competence as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented leadership attitude
Enjoyment in developing people and teams
