In this very demanding and varied activity, you are responsible for the technical, organizational, and personnel leadership of the winding/stator production, including cost center and budget responsibility.

Your tasks

• Ensuring process reliability as well as responsibility for AVOR and fine planning
• Ensuring the timely processing of orders
• Ensuring the qualification of employees and compliance with quality specifications
• Ensuring occupational safety
• Maintenance of operating resources and planning of replacement procurement
• Maintenance of work plans and work instructions
• Further development of the continuous improvement process (CIP and 5S)
• Close cooperation with process engineering on automation projects

Your qualifications

• Completed basic technical training as an electric machine builder or automation technician, ideally with a specialization in electric winding/drive technology
• Further training as a Techniker HF Elektrotechnik or comparable
• Several years of industrial experience in electric machine construction or in drive technology
• Experience in AVOR
• Leadership experience
• Good MS Office skills, SAP skills (modules MM/PP) an advantage
• Precise way of working, loyal personality and strong-leading team player
• Temporal flexibility and readiness for special assignments
