starting March 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Advising and supporting managers and employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle in the assigned region
• Responsibility for operational HR support in recruitment, personnel planning, development and performance as well as in labor law issues
• Sparring partner for managers on demanding leadership, organizational and change topics as well as in conversation and conflict situations
• Implementation of the HR strategy as well as active participation in HR projects and in the further development of our HR processes
• Analysis and interpretation of HR key figures and reports as well as conducting training and workshops on HR topics

Your profile:

• Sound further education in the field of Human Resources, HR-Fachfrau/-mann with eidg. Fachausweis, DAS/MAS HRM, as well as several years of experience in a comparable HR function
• Strong consulting and service orientation as well as enjoyment of working with different people and stakeholders
• Good knowledge of modern HR systems, digital processes and contemporary recruiting channels
• Networked thinking and a good sense of operational connections and different needs
• Independent and solution-oriented personality with initiative, team spirit and enjoyment in continuously developing oneself
