Kitchen Assistant M/F

Main tasks: Preparation (Mise en place): Wash, peel, cut vegetables, prepare meats and fish. Cooking: Carry out simple preparations (sauces, starters, salads, desserts), monitor cooking and assist with plating. Maintenance/Hygiene: Clean the workstation, utensils, cooking machines and do the dishes. Stock management: Receive goods, store reserves and cold rooms. Assistance: Support the station chiefs and the head chef during service.
