Additionally, you lead the coordination of outgoing mobility (OUT) on behalf of the SSP Faculty, and assume faculty responsibility for the management and control of expense reimbursement requests related to the Triangle Azur network. • Respond to questions on studies (bachelor and master) and mobility; direct towards competent services; organize information sessions; update the Faculty website; present political science studies during external events and maintain privileged relations with student and professional associations. • Ensure compliance with deadlines; verify the compliance of chosen courses; prepare decisions of the Dean's Office (admissions, derogations, equivalences) and follow up with mobility candidates. • Actively participate in the Teaching Commission (CE) of the Faculty; sit as a permanent member of the CE office of the study program; update study plans and prepare administrative files. • Represent the Faculty during selections for mobilities under general agreements; pre-select and prepare student files; manage information sessions and update the website. • Verify and validate travel expense reimbursement requests from students. Your profile In order to complete our team, we are looking for a person meeting the following profile: • Holder of a university degree (Master's level or equivalent) preferably in political science, or in psychology, social sciences, or sports sciences. • You justify a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field of counseling. • Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English and German required. • You demonstrate excellent organization, great writing skills, and an innate interpersonal ease.
