We are hiring for 1 August 2026 or by agreement: Head of PEMS Sector at 60% on a permanent contract and 20% on a fixed-term contract in project management and support for the evolution of future services Your mission: • Supervise, organize, and support the management of 3 MATAS teams (5 educators) and 1 ESS team (8 educators) • Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the socio-educational concept and the 360 concept • Participate in and lead team meetings, reflection days, and various networks • Ensure the safety and protection of workers • Develop and support innovative and high-performance team projects • Support the evolution of prevention services and then manage them • Work in partnership with the deputy director in implementing the strategic objectives of the Management • Work in partnership with the school management responsible for the Matas and maintain quality relationships with our partners from the Schools of the North Vaudois • Participate in cantonal meetings with our clients from UNEPS-DGEJ and work to align our services with the prevention needs prescribed by the canton • Be customer-oriented and have leadership skills Your profile: • You have a degree in social education ES/HES or equivalent training, as well as a CAS in team management and project management. • You have educational experience in supervising children and/or adolescents • You also have experience in supporting teams, managing projects, and change management. • You are recognized for your dynamism, great autonomy, and have demonstrated excellent skills in collaborating within a network of professional multidisciplinary partners. • You have excellent organizational skills and are able to manage sometimes complex work dynamics. • You have perfect knowledge of the Vaud school system and the 360 concept. You have a driver's license and a car.
