Your tasks: Being a host – your passion is our success You ensure a professional reception and check-in/check-out of our international guests. Reception & Bar – the perfect combination In addition to classic front office activities, you also prepare drinks and create a pleasant atmosphere at the hotel bar. Variety & diversity – no two days are the same You look after guests from all over the world, manage the reception area and take on responsibility at the bar. Organizational talent - keeping an overview You keep an overview, coordinate the processes at the reception and bar and take care of phone calls, emails and personal concerns. Digital & modern - innovation meets hospitality You work with modern tools such as MEWS or Hotelkit and bring digital know-how. Team player – creating a special guest experience together You work closely with other departments to create a positive environment for guests and colleagues.
