Sous Chef with CFC

Assist the Chef de cuisine in his daily mission and participate in the smooth running of the kitchen Guarantee the quality of dishes served to internal and external customers Guarantee food safety and the Haccp hygiene standards in force for the customers Participate in the planning of work plans and the management of the team on a daily basis Supervise and oversee staff as well as training for apprentices Guarantee the supply and freshness of goods stocks first in-first out, orders and inventories Maintain up-to-date documents allowing the financial monitoring of the kitchen service Participate in good collaboration with the hotel service, inter-departmental synergy, and dietetics Participate in the daily production of conventional dishes, dietetic dishes, and "à la carte" dishes Ensure compliance with the distribution times of all catering services Promote team spirit Experience in collective and traditional catering desired CFC as a cook in dietetics an asset or experience requested Interpersonal and social skills Sense of initiative Open and dynamic personality Team spirit and ease of integration Flexibility and autonomy We offer you a varied and interesting activity in a dynamic establishment in constant development, quality professional supervision, excellent social benefits, opportunities for continuous training and remuneration according to the standards of the collective agreement for Bernese hospitals and clinics.
