In doing so, we orient ourselves towards modern pedagogical concepts: With open daycare work, we support the children on their way to independence by actively letting them participate and help shape their daily lives.   Your future area of work: Together with the pedagogical specialist staff, you will shape a varied daycare daily routine. This should invite the children to research, to experience, and to develop. Together you cook at the campfire, have races, or build the Leaning Tower of Pisa even more crookedly.
