Accounts Receivable Clerk 80-100%

Job Description:

• Responsible for invoicing as well as accounts receivable accounting
• Management of the dunning process and monitoring of open receivables
• Reconciliation and control of accounts receivable accounts
• Close cooperation with Sales and Finance as well as support with monthly and annual closings
• Ensuring smooth processes through cross-team support and deputy duties

Your Profile:

• Commercial basic training, further training in accounting administration is an advantage
• Experience in accounts receivable accounting and in finance and accounting
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially Excel), SAP is an advantage
• German native language, good English skills; French is an advantage
• Service-oriented, team-oriented and reliable personality with a structured, exact and independent way of working, are motivated and ready to start immediately
