In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Department, which offers our clients high-level services in benefits management, we are looking for a Care Manager (m/f/x) at 80-100% for the Léman region, who will join the Care Management service within the Prévoyance et Assurances de Personnes (PAP) Department. The various missions awaiting you: • Carry out courtesy visits in the field of sickness loss of earnings • Negotiate to bring parties to adopt a consensual solution to allow a rapid return to the labor market in cases where the absence relates to the workplace • Contact various stakeholders (employer, unemployment, AI, etc.) and coordinate actions to obtain a triple-win result (employer - employee - insurer) • Negotiate with lawyers, unions, and/or insurers What makes you unique: • Legal training or federal certificate in insurance • Confirmed professional experience in the field of life insurance desired • Ideally, experience in the field of labor law and/or in mediation • Perfect oral and written mastery of French (English and German an asset) • Good mastery of common IT tools (MS Office) If you are also open-minded, solution and client-oriented, organized, flexible, placing humans at the center and recognized for your negotiation and communication skills, this position will offer you full realization!
