• completed training as Specialist in Long-term Care & Support EFZ
• ideally initial experience in long-term care or the care of elderly people
• empathy, patience and a high level of social competence
• independent and responsible way of working
• joy in working in a team and in actively shaping everyday nursing life
• very good German skills in speaking and writing
