Head of Realization AVOR Network Construction

You lead a team in the area of network construction and are responsible for the realization, maintenance, and operation of the network infrastructure in network levels 5–7.

Tasks

• Leading and developing the team with a focus on open cooperation
• Ensuring the realization, maintenance, and operation of the network infrastructure
• Coordination of network construction projects with internal specialist departments and external partners
• Planning of resources and deployments to ensure availability
• Driving improvements and digitalization topics
• Ensuring compliance with safety specifications and quality standards

Profile

• Training as a Master Network Electrician or comparable further education, or willingness to do so
• Experience in the realization of network construction projects
• Experience in the leadership of employees
• Solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the operation of network levels 5–7 is an advantage
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, confident handling of Office and ideally SAP
