December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as Clerk Property Management (50%) Your tasks Support of our tenants as a central contact person Management and maintenance of rental agreements, tenant dossiers, and master data in AbaImmo Processing of terminations, tenant changes as well as move-ins and move-outs Independent correspondence with tenants, tradespeople and owners Processing of repair and damage reports Coordination and follow-up of tradespeople and maintenance work Control of rent receipts and implementation of the reminder process Preparation and control of service charge statements Management and consistent follow-up of all ongoing pending tasks General secretarial work and support in daily business What you bring Commercial basic training or comparable qualification Professional experience in real estate administration or management desirable Enjoyment of a versatile activity between office work, tenant contact and on-site assignments Independent, structured and reliable way of working with a high sense of responsibility Strong service orientation and the necessary assertiveness You also maintain calm and find pragmatic solutions in demanding situations Stylish German as well as good MS-Office knowledge Experience with Abacus or AbaImmo is of great advantage What awaits you With us, you can expect no anonymous large-scale administration, but a personal environment with short decision-making paths.
