Clerk Benefit Coordination

In the benefits department, we are looking for you as a Clerk Benefit Coordination

Your tasks:

• In this exciting field of activity, your focus lies on the granting of cost guarantees in the medication area - price models and off-label use according to Article 71 of the Ordinance on Health Insurance (KVV) - and initiating the associated claims against pharmaceutical companies
• To this end, you work closely with the medical advisory service, the service providers, and the pharmaceutical companies
• Daily work includes checking decisions from the disability, military, and accident insurance as well as claiming back insurance benefits
• Additionally, you process invoices in all outpatient specialist departments
• For the necessary clarifications, you are regularly in telephone and written contact with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, as well as other service providers and competently answer the inquiries of our insured persons

After the induction period, you will have the opportunity to work in the home office up to two days per week.

Your profile:

• Commercial or paramedical basic training
• Experience in the field of health or social insurance
• Further training in the social insurance field is an advantage
• Exact and expeditious way of working
• Experience in handling various software solutions
• Team player and resilient personality with customer-oriented behavior
• Italian language skills are an advantage
