In the benefits department, we are looking for you as a Clerk Benefit Coordination Your tasks: • In this exciting area of responsibility, your focus is on issuing cost guarantees in the medication sector - price models and off-label use according to Article 71 of the Health Insurance Ordinance (KVV) - and initiating the associated claims against pharmaceutical companies • To this end, you will work closely with the medical advisory service, the benefit providers, and the pharmaceutical companies • Daily work includes checking decisions from invalidity, military, and accident insurance as well as reclaiming insurance benefits • Additionally, you process invoices in all outpatient specialist departments • For the necessary clarifications, you are in regular telephone and written contact with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, as well as other benefit providers and competently answer the inquiries of our insured persons After the induction period, you will have the opportunity to work in the home office up to two days per week.
