To strengthen our care team in the dementia living group Rosegarte, we are looking for a specialist as Deputy Group Leader Care 80% (m/w/d) immediately or by agreement. Your tasks You support the group leader in administrative, organizational, and conceptual tasks. The focus of the task includes ensuring individual, person-centered care and support for 8 residents in the living group. Active participation in care and support forms the basis for further developing care quality and supporting the team. Participation in training, integration of resident wishes, family work, and interdisciplinary collaboration are a central part of the function. You represent the group leader during their absence.
