To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as: ### Partnership Manager (80-100 %) Your mission You are the reference person for our partners from gastronomy, trade, tourism, events, media and other sectors. You maintain existing partnerships, develop new relationships and build productive collaborations with our partners. At the crossroads of relationship management and business development, you contribute to strengthening the visibility of Swiss wines and creating new opportunities. Your responsibilities Accompany our partners and develop their potential * Actively manage existing partnerships and develop them in the long term * Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and decision-makers Identify new potential within existing collaborations and translate them into concrete actions * Coordinate the agreed services and ensure their proper implementation Develop new partnerships * Actively identify and approach new partners, mainly in Switzerland * Develop new opportunities for collaboration and business * Elaborate tailor-made partnership offers and concepts * Negotiate collaboration conditions, services and counterparts with partners Develop priority sectors * Particular attention is paid to the following sectors: * Gastronomy and hotels Grande distribution and specialized shops * Wine trade Your profile * Commercial training or equivalent qualification * Experience in the development and management of commercial partnerships * Strong taste for networking and human relations * Ease in negotiation and ability to identify common interests and business opportunities * Autonomy, organizational skills and solution-oriented approach * Native French or German language with very good knowledge of the other language; English is an asset * Interest in wine, gastronomy and local products * Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools What awaits you with us You will occupy a varied function, with a large margin of maneuver and direct contact with many actors in the Swiss world of wine, gastronomy and trade.
