Job Description ##

• Technical support and advice for our customers in the area of injection moulding
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Identification of customer needs as well as development of individual technical solutions
• Support of existing customers and active acquisition of new customers
• Conducting customer visits, technical clarifications and product presentations
• Support in the selection and design of suitable products and solutions
• Accompanying projects from the inquiry to successful implementation
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments, suppliers and partners
• Observation of market and technology trends as well as identification of new business opportunities
• Participation in trade fairs and industry events

The Successful Applicant ##

• Technical basic training, ideally in the field of plastics technology, toolmaking, mechanical engineering or comparable
• Professional experience in injection moulding and a good understanding of the corresponding processes and applications
• Experience in technical sales or field service is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment in developing customer-specific solutions
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and customer-oriented personality with a convincing appearance
• Business fluent German skills; good English skills are an advantage
• Readiness for regular customer travel in Switzerland and potentially in adjacent foreign countries
• Driver's license category B
