As a Microsoft Systems Administrator, you intervene in operation and support for the FHVi Microsoft ecosystem, in support of the reference engineers. You contribute to the administration, maintenance and securing of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory and associated services.
Within the Systems team, you participate in the standardization and automation of environments, by applying the best practices defined by the team and ensuring the quality of your daily interventions.
Your responsibilities
Microsoft expertise & platform evolution
Ensure the support and routine administration of the FHVi Microsoft ecosystem: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, PKI.
Operate and maintain directory services (AD DS, GPO, forests and domains), messaging (Exchange on-premise and hybrid), RDS farms and internal PKI (ADCS), under the supervision of the reference engineers.
Participate in the standardization and automation of system environments (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, OpCon), by applying the best practices defined by the team.
Operation, security & service continuity
Ensure the monitoring of stability, availability and supervision of Microsoft infrastructures in production, and provide level 2 support in compliance with defined service levels, with escalation to level 3 for complex cases.
Participate in the life cycle management of Microsoft components: application of updates, monitoring of version upgrades, decommissioning of obsolete systems.
Contribute to the securing of infrastructures: application of hardening measures, identity and access management, monitoring of Microsoft security solutions (Defender), deployment of patches and monitoring of vulnerabilities.
Participate in continuity and recovery plans (PCA / PRA) and the on-call service according to the current modalities.
Document procedures, configurations and best practices in order to ensure the sustainability of knowledge within the team.
Projects & continuous improvement
Participate in transformation and modernization projects of infrastructures, in support of the reference engineers.
Conduct technological monitoring and propose improvement paths meeting business needs.

Education & experience
Education in IT (CFC, federal diploma, Bachelor or title deemed equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration, with a Microsoft specialization, ideally in a complex and multi-site environment.
Technical skills
Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, PKI, WSUS, RDS farms.
Basic knowledge of VMware virtualization (vSphere/ESXi, vCenter).
Basic knowledge in PowerShell scripting.
Experience with Linux environments is desired.
