Become part of our transformation journey and actively shape the future of Wincasa. \#Wincasa As the largest real estate management service provider for demanding residential, office, and commercial spaces, we offer our customers a comprehensive all-round service package.    For our Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) team Opfikon or Bern, which manages a well-known large Swiss company, we are looking for an engaged, experienced, and independent personality as   Real Estate Manager Corporate Real Estate Management (m/f/d)  Opfikon / Bern, 50%  What you will do:    • You manage a demanding, exciting real estate portfolio consisting of operational, technical, and storage spaces for our customer  • You represent our customers as tenant representatives • In this role, you are responsible for lettings and vacancies as well as all questions regarding real estate from A-Z • As a hub, you are responsible, among other things, for commercial lease agreements, acceptances and handovers, contract extensions, property inspections, and reporting  • You coordinate structural removals in cooperation with the operational users • In doing so, you act as an interest representative in contact with owners, suppliers, and authorities  • You understand how to work together with the team to get the best for the customer and for Wincasa    Why you will succeed:  • You have several years of experience in property management (ideally commercial real estate) and want to further expand your real estate knowledge and establish yourself as a consultant and sparring partner for a major customer  • You have completed the federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) as an Immobilienbewirtschafter/in or a comparable training and are motivated to learn new things. • You are mobile and appreciate a varied task in which, as an organizational talent, you find it easy to negotiate skillfully with various interest groups and achieve good solutions  • In addition to a good flair for numbers, networked and analytical thinking skills, you have good oral and written expression in German and French.    Here are some of our benefits:   • Working hours: We practice mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
