Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ Psychiatry

STB Personal AG has been successfully active in the Swiss personnel market since 2019 and mediates qualified specialists in various industries. For our clients in the psychiatric healthcare sector, we are looking for responsible and committed healthcare specialists EFZ to support psychiatric facilities and clinics.

Your tasks:

• Care and accompaniment of patients in a psychiatric environment
• Support with basic care and in daily life
• Promotion of independence and support with daily structuring
• Observation of the mental and physical state of the patients
• Recognition and forwarding of changes to the responsible nursing specialists
• Support with therapeutic and nursing activities within the scope of own competencies
• Maintaining nursing documentation according to internal specifications
• Cooperation with an interprofessional treatment team

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in the psychiatric field is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• High degree of empathy and social competence
• Mental resilience and professional handling of demanding situations
• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work shift duties depending on the employing company

Working regions:

• Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
