Your field of activity ### • You bear responsibility for the nursing process, incorporating the nursing models and nursing concepts applied at LUKS • You ensure nursing quality at ward level in cooperation with the department management and are jointly responsible for the creation and implementation of nursing concepts • You work in a cross-professional environment (doctors, nursing, therapists) and undertake the coordination of nursing in interprofessional collaboration • Your commitment to the induction of new employees as well as in the instruction, guidance and assessment of trainees is of great importance Your experience ### • You have a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in nursing or a comparable field and already bring relevant professional experience in practical nursing • You are characterized by high professional and personal competence, want to work at the highest qualitative level and have an interest in hematological, nephrological, gastroenterological as well as general medical clinical pictures • You are characterized by pronounced social skills and convince in the sensitive handling of patients as well as their relatives.
