Production Line Coordinator

Your responsibilities ### • Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities of the EDM machine line, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and adherence to delivery deadlines. • Lead and manage a team of operators: task assignment, performance monitoring and support in daily activities. • Identify and resolve emerging technical issues, coordinating with the R&D, Quality and Production teams. • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of non-conformities and corrective actions. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and production standards. Your profile ### • AFC Mechanic, Electrician, Electronics. • Consolidated experience in coordinating production or assembly activities in industrial contexts, preferably in the machine tool sector. • Experience in managing operational teams, with good leadership, organization and people motivation skills. • Ability to plan activities, define priorities and manage critical issues in a dynamic production environment. • Problem-solving attitude, orientation towards results and continuous improvement. • Italian mother tongue; knowledge of the English language at B2 level. --------------------
