Deputy Branch Manager (m/w/d)

Introduction

For our branch in Aarau, we are looking for an experienced and committed personality as Deputy Branch Manager. You are the right hand of the branch management and ensure that daily branch operations run smoothly - from the team to our customers.

Tasks

• You reliably represent the branch management and take responsibility for daily business
• Support the branch management in strategic decisions and organizational topics
• Participation in personnel deployment planning, training, and coaching of the team
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through active support and consultation
• Optimization of workflows and processes in the branch
• Use of digital tools for organization, planning, and control

Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in team leadership or branch management
• Strong communication skills, structured, and solution-oriented
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
