For our successful and innovative customer in Biel, we are looking for a Call Center Agent Inbound (m/f/d) # Employment: 60-100% Location: Biel/Bienne Industry: General services Publication date: 21.07.2026 Your tasks: • Efficient processing of telephone and written customer inquiries in DE/FR or DE/IT • Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & email • Ensuring high customer satisfaction • Constant monitoring of open pending items • Any administrative as well as coordinative activities What you bring with you: • Completed basic training is an advantage (Kauffrau/Kauffmann or Detailhandelsfachfrau/Detailhandelsfachmann or similar) • Existing professional experience in customer consulting / Customer Service / customer service • Confident German language skills / Very good French or Italian skills (mandatory) • Service-oriented, communicative and structured personality with drive • Proficient handling of PC & EDV • Flexible availability (regular evening & Saturday shifts) What you may expect: • Working hours between Monday - Friday / Saturday shifts by arrangement • Try & Hire employment with option for permanent employment • Parking possibilities available • Responsible task in which you can apply your language talent daily • Intensive induction Are you interested?
