Introduction

For our client, a social institution in the Rheintal, I am looking for an engaged and responsible Residential Group Leader to lead and further develop a care team.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of an interdisciplinary team
• Employee leadership with talent development and apprentice supervision
• Accompanying and caring for the residents in the residential group as well as support and guidance in all practical life areas
• Budget planning and control for the residential group

Profile

• Completed training in the pedagogical or nursing field (Fachmann Betreuung EFZ, Pflegefachmann HF, Sozialpädagoge HF)
• You are proactive and engaged
• You possess high team and communication skills
• Organizational strength and solution-oriented thinking
