PROJECT MANAGER KITCHENS & INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Do you know kitchens and interior fit-out not just on the plan, but also understand what works on the construction site?

Do you want to take over projects independently, bear responsibility, and take on a key position in the long term in a small, ambitious company?

Then we would like to get to know you.

DUEE Home Design GmbH realizes high-quality kitchen and interior fit-out projects for private customers, real estate developers, architects, and clients.

To strengthen our team in the long term, we are looking for a technically strong personality who takes over our projects after the sale and accompanies them from technical elaboration to successful completion.

Your tasks:
After completion of the sales and planning phase, you take over the technical responsibility for our projects.

This includes, among others:

• Taking over sold kitchen and interior fit-out projects
• Technical detail and execution planning
• Creating and controlling installation plans
• Carrying out measurements on site
• Technical clarifications with construction management, architects, and specialist planners
• Controlling orders and project-related documents
• Coordinating and accompanying construction sites
• Assembly preparation and assembly coordination
• Cooperation with installers and suppliers
• Ongoing quality control
• Carrying out acceptances
• Identifying technical problems and processing them in a solution-oriented manner
• Monitoring deadlines and project processes
• Accompanying projects until successful completion
• You are the technical interface between planning, customer, construction site, suppliers, and assembly.

What you bring with you:

• We are not necessarily looking for a specific professional qualification – what is decisive for us is that you technically understand kitchens, furniture, or interior fit-out.
• You could, for example, come from kitchen planning, carpentry, AVOR, interior fit-out planning, or technical project management.
• Particularly important to us are:
• Very good technical and spatial understanding
• Experience in kitchen, furniture, or interior fit-out
• Experience with technical drawings and execution planning
• Understanding of assembly and construction site processes
• Independent and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and solution orientation
• Confident communication with construction management, architects, customers, and installers
• Good German skills
• Winner-Flex knowledge is a great advantage
• CAD knowledge is also an advantage
• Italian language skills are an additional plus
• A position with perspective

This position is not a short-term addition for us.

We are looking for a personality who wants to develop long-term at DUEE Home Design and increasingly take on responsibility for our technical project execution.

You will not be thrown into the deep end: You will work with a very experienced project management and have the opportunity to benefit from many years of specialist knowledge and practical experience.

Our goal is to pass on this know-how step by step and together build a strong technical project management for the future.

What awaits you with us:

• With us, you work in a small and personal team in which decisions are made quickly and your work has a direct influence on the result.
• You accompany exciting and high-quality projects, receive a lot of personal responsibility, and have the opportunity to help shape your position in the long term.
• We are not looking for a person who simply works through their hours.
• We are looking for someone who enjoys good solutions, wants to take on responsibility, and wants to build something together with us.

If you recognize yourself in this, we look forward to getting to know you.
