This is what you can move. • You lead the strategic development project «Wayside Intelligence», which involves the construction of a complex IT system and up to 15 locations with state-of-the-art measurement and camera technology for trackside vehicle monitoring. • Together with the various users and stakeholders from infrastructure, railway operating companies, and vehicle owners, you analyze the requirements for the future trackside inspection of rolling stock for digital rail production. • You manage the entire project portfolio of the IT and product development projects of the Train Control Equipment division and accompany complex projects for the development, further development, and optimization of train control equipment as well as their integration into the SBB environment. • You enable employees in project working methodologies and create the foundation for transparent and ambitious project management. This is what you bring with you. • You are a convincing and integrating personality with high communication skills as well as assertiveness and maker qualities. • Your good strategic-conceptual skills as well as your analytical and creative thinking abilities help you to make important decisions. • You have experience in leading complex projects in the IT or Telecom environment as well as in the development of technical systems. You also bring extensive experience in the area of classical and agile project working methodologies, preferably practical experience in using JIRA and Confluence. • A higher education (HF/FH/ETH) in a technical field (Telecom, Computer Science, etc.) or in Business Administration with additional training in the respective other direction enables you to successfully perform this demanding task. • Additionally, you are proficient in the German language (at least at level C1). Knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
