You develop specific content and course materials; you deliver the corresponding training, in German and French, both at the Frauenfeld site and, if necessary, throughout Switzerland. The cdmt Instr includes Higher Leadership Training, Army Personnel, five application formations, the Army Instruction Center as well as the specialized service Women in the Army and diversity. One third of the approximately 2350 employees practice civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sporting fields and contribute, along with career soldiers, to the success of the army.
