Participate in the activities of the ludothèque, notably in the following areas: Game animation; designing, practicing, and proposing an animation activity in the field of games. Welcoming the public. Lending games and toys, use of the lending software. Knowledge of ludic material, classification according to the ESAR system. Creation and arrangement of game spaces according to themes. Animations within the ludothèque and collaboration outside the walls (ludothèque parties, game evenings, neighborhood festivals, open house days, Family Games day…). Welcoming school and extracurricular groups (Giap) Collaboration and mutual aid within a team of 6 people You must have obtained the training for Fonctions d’Encadrement des activités du Temps Libre (FFETL - CEFOC) or you will be required to complete it within the first year of employment. CFC ASE or any training deemed equivalent. An innate sense of social and human relations Good contact with all generations of people A taste for games and the desire to develop them in others. At least 5 years of experience in the social and/or associative field is an asset. Successful experience of teamwork. A good knowledge of the social system and the Geneva associative network. Availability for events outside of standard hours. The position requires a certain flexibility and availability during specific animations outside of usual hours. Salary according to the salary scale of the Etat de Genève: maximum class 8 Schedule: Tuesday 14h-16h, Wednesday 14h30-17h45, Thursday 16h-18h45, one Saturday out of two 9h15-12h45 (subject to change).
