We are looking for reinforcement in the backoffice team for a renowned financial services company with a focus on institutional as well as large private investors.

Employee Securities / Backoffice 80-100%

Tasks:

• Careful processing and recording of securities transactions in the company's own information system
• Execution of demanding reconciliation and control tasks for assigned portfolios
• Creation of daily and monthly closings for performance measurements and securities accounting
• Central contact point for customers, banks and other stakeholders

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training in the finance or fiduciary sector (bank, insurance)
• Good knowledge of the securities business
• Proficient use of Excel is an advantage
• Precise, structured and reliable way of working with a high understanding of numbers
• Resilient personality who maintains an overview even under time pressure
• Native German language and English skills are an advantage
