• 17 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Rotkreuz Your tasks You lead the Bachelor program in Immersive Technologies and continuously develop it as a future-oriented study program. You shape the strategic direction of the program, strengthen its position in a dynamic and international technological field, and combine university teaching, innovation, as well as exchange with industry and research. Your main tasks include notably: • Technical, strategic, personal and administrative management of the Bachelor program in Immersive Technologies • Strategic and content development of the curriculum as well as guaranteeing high quality of studies • Development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning formats in the field of immersive technologies • Planning, organization and quality assurance of the functioning of the studies • Creation and maintenance of a national and international network with companies, start-ups, universities and research partners • Positioning and marketing of the program as well as recruitment of new students • Teaching activity as well as supervision of students • Participation in the strategic development of the Computer Science department and close collaboration with the Immersive Realities Center Your profile • Several years of professional experience and ideally management experience in the fields of Immersive Technologies, XR (AR/VR/MR), Spatial Computing, Game Technologies or related technological fields • University degree at Master's level in computer science, human-computer interaction, Game Technologies or related field • Deep knowledge of current developments in immersive technologies as well as their application in industry, research or education • Experience in the development and implementation of innovative products, applications or services as well as the ability to transform technological trends into future-oriented educational offerings • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset as well as enjoyment in developing and positioning a study program • Excellent communication and networking skills as well as experience in collaboration with industry and research • Ideally experience in university teaching or adult education.
