Construction Site Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervision of safety standards on the construction site
• Technical and financial monitoring of construction projects
• Management of necessary equipment and supplies
• Preparation of tenders and management of calls for tenders
• Technical and administrative support throughout the projects
• Planning and coordination of construction operations as well as the control of deadlines, costs and quality of work

Profile

• Diploma as Construction Site Manager or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction sector in Switzerland
• Excellent knowledge of current Swiss standards
• Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written
• Good mastery of IT tools
• Ability to work autonomously and to maintain good relations with clients
