• Commercial employee EFZ or medical training, for example as MPA or healthcare specialist
• Professional experience in insurance or a hospital environment is an advantage
• Good PC user skills and enjoyment of working with digital systems
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of repetitive tasks and a high awareness of quality
