With its 116 rooms, its conference center, its Waves panoramic bar on the 7th floor, and its Lake Side brasserie, the establishment is an essential reference in high-end French-speaking Swiss hospitality. As part of the development of our culinary offering, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and rigorous Chef de Partie Pâtisserie to join the Lake Side brigade. JOIN THE LAKE SIDE BRIGADE – HÔTEL BEAULAC, NEUCHÂTEL AS PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE 100% (M/F) Possibility of accommodation during the trial period Your main missions: • Prepare and plate à la carte desserts, in harmony with the typical dishes of a modern and refined brasserie. • Participate in the preparation of desserts for banquets and special events, while guaranteeing consistent quality. • Ensure careful, precise, and regular production, in compliance with the house standards. • Work autonomously on the pastry section, while collaborating effectively with the rest of the brigade. • Rigorously respect hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). Examples of desserts currently served at Lake Side: • Crêpes suzette • Tarte au citron meringuée • Crème brûlée traditionnelle • Moelleux au chocolat • Cheesecake aux fruits de saison • Mousse au chocolat onctueuse Profile sought: Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Chef de Partie Pâtisserie in a brasserie or a 4★ hotel Excellent mastery of pastry fundamentals Creative spirit, sense of detail, and love for well-done work Dynamism, rigor, and exemplary professional attitude Excellent mastery of French (native language or equivalent) You have successful experience in pastry in a 4-star hotel or a brasserie?
