For our customers in the Graubünden region, we are looking for a committed and experienced Construction Manager Road and Civil Engineering (m/f/d) who independently manages demanding construction projects and takes on responsibility. Your tasks: Independent management and organization of construction sites in road and civil engineering Work preparation as well as deployment planning of personnel, machines and material Leadership and motivation of the construction site teams Responsibility for deadlines, quality and costs Preparation of measurements, reports and settlements Coordination with clients, engineers, authorities and suppliers Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Your profile: Training as a Construction Manager, Foreman or comparable further education Several years of professional experience in road and civil engineering Leadership experience as well as organizational skills Entrepreneurial thinking and independent way of working Good German language skills in speaking and writing Driving license Cat.
